UAE Shopping Arena delivers high quality products all over the world. The orders that are placed with us are delivered to locations within 24 hours. We operate throughout the week, except on Fridays. Also we do not ship products on National Holidays.
We comply with National and International pricing standards for shipping charges. The shipping charges are fixed according to the price of the merchandise. However the charges may vary with the shipping locations.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
The shipping charges applicable for a particular quantity of product can be further checked as you enter the details of the pin code on the product page. Also, you can find the total shipping charge expense applicable for delivery of the product.
The shipping charges we mention are non-refundable in case of a cancellation or return of the order. In case of manufacturing defect, we will bear the shipping cost. The charges can be altered with/without prior intimation. The new cost for shipping will be displayed on the products page and will also be shown during the check-out flow.
The estimated delivery time for local regions may extend up to 4 days. However International locations can be reached within 7days time and sometimes more, depending upon how long it takes at custom clearance.
You will be shown the final amount charged on delivery of the product as you check out from the page. The prices are inclusive of different charges. No extra cost is charged.
Generally, we ship your package within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will also mail you the details like product information, order ID and date of shipment of your consignment to your registered email address. In case you do not receive an email within a day after you have placed the order then its time you look out for the spam folder. Alternatively, you can check the same in My Account page, where Your Order History option gives you the current status of your order.
