Job Details - Marketing Manager for New E-Commerce Retailer in UAE @ Dubai

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a fresh e-com retail company.
  • Responsible for setup and execute digital marketing campaign.
  • Responsible for achieving Revenue goal, Optimizing ROI, CAC, AOV.
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
  • A/B Testing measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently.
  • Expert in understanding of Audience Segment, creating custom Audience.
  • Increase the marketing funnel efficiencies.
  • Achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns by collecting and analyzing data and identifying trends and insights.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, and PPC campaigns.
  • Research and analyze advertising links of the competitors.
  • Manage the expense and budget of campaigns and estimate monthly/Quaterly costs.
  • In-depth website analysis.
  • Understand the business objectives and needs.
  • Develop the right strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Select, configure, and implement analytical solutions.
  • Tweak strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI.
  • Execute and manage ads performance on various channels to achieve goals and ROI targets.
  • Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas
  • Analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Marketo, etc.
  • Create and implement an acquisition marketing plan across core digital channels primarily across PPC and Paid Social but also in SEO and grow new underutilized channels such as Affiliates and Programmatic Display networks
  • Responsible for the paid media, owned media and earned media marketing mix i.e. PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate/Partnership
  • Constantly reviewing and understanding our customer needs, motivations and purchase behaviors and reporting back to the wider business.
Key Skills of the Digital Marketing Performance Manager:
  • Retail Ecommerce Digital marketing experience minimum 5 years, in GCC region, specially UAE, KSA.
  • Baby, Kids and Mother Products ecommerce experience with companies is a Must Energetic, focused and data driven.
  • Successful track record in achieving revenue targets through digital channels.
  • Highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment
  • Analytical approach with a strong ability for analyzing data and visitor statistics
  • Hands on Facebook pixel, Google Feed, Events, Merchant center,
  • Facebook Marketing, Google AdWords and Analytics certified
